In the showroom at our local HT store, the floor model of the 36XBR450 had a glossy finish.
The one we just had delivered did not. For a second, I thought they shipped me the wrong set (I thought it was the XBR400 at first), but we called Sony and they told us that too many customers complained about the glare on the glossy finish, so Sony began making the 450 in a matte finish.
Do any of you have a 450 with a glossy finish?
