The only problem I've had with the Backstage Pass membership is I have received NOTHING from FYE via e-mail since I signed up a couple months ago. There is no good customer service via on-line/phone. They tell you to talk to people in-store. I have done that twice and they simply check my e-mail addy to make sure it's right (which it is) and say "you should be getting something soon."
Luckily, the in-store coupons are usually available for printing at different places on-line.
