I think it's Wal-Mart policy to have the lowest price available. They even have promos that say "we shop our competitor's ads so you don't have to!" So, technically, anyone with a Wal-Mart and a CompUSA in the same market shouldn't have had to "price-match" as Wal-Mart should have already lowered their prices based on the CompUSA ad.

Hmmmph. My local Wal-Mart must not follow the "rules", then...they CERTAINLY do not do this!
