It is a roped-off area (with two employees in it while I was there!) dedicated to that service. The most common item sitting on their shelves looked like laptops to me.

The Crossgates Mall location has had that for a couple years now. Very convenient, especially during the holiday months when you just want to get in and get out.

Don't feel too bad, Mike. The first time I used the in-store pickup option, I had to ask around where to go. When one of the blue shirts pointed and said, "Um, where the big 'in-store pickup' sign is," I felt pretty embarassed.
