The Disclaimer Standard disclaimer: All prices are taken from the websites of each chain, or from their printed Sunday advertisements. All prices are subject to change by each chain. Prices and inventory in-store may or may not match the website price.

"LP" in the RoundUp table means a store’s Sunday flyer says "Low Price". That means I could not locate a definite price for the item, and the ad is all I have to go on. Retailers use these phrases in advertisements so that they do not violate MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) agreements with the studios. Doing so can cost them thousands or even millions of dollars in co-op advertising funds.

I, obviously, cannot include EVERY title released in a given week in the RoundUp. The titles included are those that I am interested in...as well as those which I consider will be of interest to a majority of consumers (and sometimes I’ll miss one!). I don't get paid for this, and I don't have the time to list every DVD. So, please don't complain! If there is a title not included in the RoundUp that you want to see, just look it up yourself, and be nice enough to post and share the results with everyone!

Note that I cannot include Wal-Mart/Sam’s Club prices in the RoundUp. They set prices at individual stores based on nearby competition, so there is no way I can say here what price you'll find at YOUR local Wal-Mart/Sam’s Club location. And, as always, Circuit City does not guarantee their sale prices in Hawaii.

Galactica Razor for me. Might see if i can grab a few of those $8.99 two disc sets at BB as well. As fate would have it, got the last Bond Box set i needed last week from the Deep Discount sale. Then i saw it cheaper a day later from CC, and now once again i see yet another cheap price from BB. I paid $40, and thats not bad, but i guess you do win a few, and lose a few.

but i didnt see it as oddly as you did until you pointed it out.

i read it as the 24 seasons 1-5 are 49.99 with the purchase of season 1.
or season 6 is 36.99 with the purchase of any season and season 6.
but i dont know what the prices of those seasons are already, so it could be
a misprint.

Does the Blu-ray release of 20 Million Miles to Earth contain both the Black & White version and the Colorized version of the film? I can't really tell...?


Also for those X-Files fans that still don't own the entire series Fry's has a pretty good sale going on for the slimpak versions. Online availabity varies but are priced between $13.99 and $14.99. The print add shows $14.99 for LV and SJ / $16.99 for DFW and HOU.

Mike, are you sure that Target's Pirates LE includes a BONUS disc? I don't read it that way in the ad. It says it is an Exlusive Deluxe Edition with bonus features, bloopers, deleted scenes and Exclusive National Treasure 2 movie cash. No picture of a bonus disc AND all of those features are on all of the Limited Editions. The only thing (it seems to me) that makes it an "Exclusive" is the movie cash.

No. Amazingly, cc.com has the first five seasons listed @ $49.99 apiece. But that CANNOT be construed under any circumstances as a deal. Those are extremely high prices for the early seasons.
