Warranty experience with CC or Fry's??? (1 Viewer)

I'm about to take the plunge on a Sammy 61"DLP and need some advice on the warranties offered by Fry's and Circuit City. The sales reps from both stores swear the others' aren't worth the paper they're written on.

Anyone had to have work done under these extended warranties (good experiences and bad)? I'm especially interested in cases where the coverage might be questionable.

Both of these stores seem to have an animosity towards one another. At least they do in my area. I have only had to return one item on an extended warranty to Circuit City, about a year ago, and I had no problems what so ever. They actually replaceda computer monitor I had bought there. They simply looked my name up in their system and since the power supply on the monitor was dead, they just gave me a new monitor.
