    Ron,

    I'm happy to say that we have created a new transfer and a new run of KISS ME KATE DVDs.

    Warner Home Video would like the HTF members to
    know that if they would like to have a KISS ME KATE replacement, they need to return their disc (in
    the original packaging) to:

    Warner Home Video
    4000 Warner Blvd.
    Building 154, Room 3104
    Burbank, CA 91522

    We'd be happy to send them a pre-paid mailer to
    facilitate their request. In order to receive this,
    they should send their request via e-mail to customerservice@inside12x12.com ,
    include their mailing address and the mailer will
    be sent to them.

    I would be so appreciative if you would post this
    on your site soonest, Ron. We'd like to right this
    situation to all who are in need as soon as possible.

    This is good news!

    What about those of us who haven't purchased yet? Should I just buy the misframed one and send it in? Or will there be something we can look for on the packaging?

    I guess these are rhetorical questions since WHV doesn't post here directly, but I would still like to know.

    It would be nice to know how we can identify the fixed release, but I suppose that information will come along in good time.

    I'd actually like to keep the misframed one, and get the new one too! So, I'd need to know from the packaging what I was getting.

    Long overdue but glad Warner finally has a corrected DVD. Emailed my request for a prepaid mailer a few moments ago. This thread should be a sticky.

    I have the box in storage somewhere (I put all my DVD's in binders for space considerations), and I too would like to just be able to just buy the new version outright.

    As I haven't bought it yet, I'd like to know how to identify the fixed one also. Different UPC code? Could someone record the current UPC and compare it to the corrected one, please?

    so, still, does this mean it is available at retail stores?
    and how will we know what the fixed version looks like so we can buy it?

    As soon as I get the replacement I'll let you know if there are any differences on the packaging/UPC codes, etc.

    I've been waiting to buy this until a corrected version hits the street. I'd love to know when it's "safe" to place my order to ensure I get a new copy...

    Received my mailer today. Have to thank Warner for sending them out quickly. I plan on returning my copy of Kiss Me Kate tomorrow.

    My misframed copy should probably get to Warner either today or tomorrow since it was shipped by priority mail. I'm hoping my corrected copy of Kiss Me Kate will arrive next week.
