I know folks stay up late watching TV in their bedroom and then fall asleep. What if the programmed paused when you fell asleep?

Well, Netflix is working on solving that problem. At a recent internal 24hr. Hack Day last week, they came up with a program that has Netflix communicating with your Fitbit and if you fall asleep, the audio will fade out and the video will be paused! Pretty slick.

Watch a video of it working here.

How many of you would use this?

Well, I generally use the sleep-timer function on the TV, that usually works.
Until I realized I probably shouldn't be sleeping in that old recliner, wasn't good for the legs...So now, if I feel I'm dropping off, I just take the iPad to bed and use the shutoff timer on that. :)
