And Garland's wardrobe tests for the film are all still available. They were issued on a Fox disc of outtakes from their films. All should be placed on the Dolls Blu-ray if there ever is one.

I believe the Garland estate vetoed any Garland being on the DVD of VOTD. They even had to remove the audio of "I'll Plant My Own Tree" from the AMC Backstory episode included on the DVD. It was in there when originally broadcast.
