Certainly NOT resolved - I get them on every single page - the screen goes dark and up pops the ad - over and over - it's REALLY irritating.

In order to confirm - please sign out of HTF, clear cache & cookies and then restart your browser before signing back in. If you see ads still - please take full screen shots per Kevin's request. It would also be helpful for you to copy and paste the source code of the entire web page into a text file and email to support[at]hometheaterforum.com

Ok, I signed up today.

Only signed up because of the annoying popups.


Still getting them.


Cleared Cache, history, etc after logging out, came back, but you get an ad before you can login. after that...more ads...

Jim - Any information you can provide would help us a ton. We are as frustrated as all of you are.

If you can view source of your page and copy/paste into an email to [email protected] we will find the cause.

No change here, either. Cleared everything, logged out, closed browser. Still pop-ups on most every page.

Go check now. You will see that I responded almost immediately to your concerns.


I am going to again escalate this issue to our support team.

I did get your PM a couple of days ago. I have since exchanged some emails with Kevin. Until a few minutes ago, I thought it was fixed, but I just got another 1x1 ad and, YES, I was logged in. I sent Kevin the screen grab but I didn't read this thread until AFTER I had grabbed the image.


Kevin, When I get the next one I'll be sure to grab the full screen.

I've been on the forum a couple times today (since about noon pacific) and, fingers crossed, I've not had any 1x1 ads pop up so far today.


Is it time to celebrate yet?
