Mmmm...Hollywood Reporter says at least Lost will get Blu-ray! I've just shot a note to Disney; let's see if they can respond by morning (probably too late in the day for that, though).

What are the chances of the new TNG series set being on BD or TotalHD? I'm interested in the shelf space savings (1 season per disc or thereabouts), but not "remastered in HD".

I'm guessing "pretty close to zero". What does Paramount gain by releasing a BD/HD-DVD of just SD material? They can only sell it to a subset of the people who can use a regular DVD, and if anything, it reduces the perceived value of the material.
