We had:

Matrix Reloaded/Revolution

K-19

Minority Report

And on a side note, the local theater finally broke down and begand showing commercials. Blah.

> And you gotta love all those Wal-Mart commercials with all the "associates" praising the film and telling how much their children loved it
Haven't you heard that Hollywood premieres are filled with Wal-Mart employees?
"This movie will be great once they chop the sides off & slap it on a disc!"
"To us, a trailer isn't just a preview of a movie- it's also our home." :D

First time:
MIB2
Sum of all Fears
Spirit: Blah, Blah, Blah
Mr. Deeds
Matrix Reloaded/Revolutions
Scooby Doo
Austin Powers in Goldmember
Second time (very next night):
Same, except remove Spirit and add Minority Report.
Looks like I was one of the only ones to be cursed with seeing the Scoob trailer.
Same reaction with my crowd (both times) over the Matrix teasers: applause and excitement, replaced with extreme frustration when "2003" flashed across the screen. "What the f...!" I heard several times. Thats why they call it a "teaser" folks.
(edited cause I forgot "Goldmember")

In order... (and in Canada)
Austin Powers in "Goldmember"
(a few chuckles amid the nervous tension, this was after all a theatre full of tense people like me who line up for an hour, and waited another 20 minutes til the lights dimmed)
The Matrix (sequels)
(It was CLEAR this caught the attention of everyone! There was NO sound... all were intensely focused in the anticipation... it ended with "2003" across the entire screen... a few curses regarding the wait were heard)
MIIB
(Captivating as well. The trailer gives an indication this will be a successful followup to the original)

Since no one has mentioned it here, "Minority Report" is the attached preview, and "Like Mike," "Matrix Revolutions," "Goldmember", etc, are enclosed trailers with most prints.

So, any theater could just run the attached "Minority Report" trailer and then whatever else they wanted. The reason there are probably no other attached trailers is because it would exceed the film's reel (which can hold 22 minutes of film).

Every time I see the title "Die Another Day" I can't help thinking this needs to be Die Hard 4.

I think in Australia it varies from cinema to cinema. At one theatre we had:

Scooby Doo *shudder*

Crocodile Hunter: Collision Course *double shudder*

Snow Dogs *vomit started coming up*

at the other theatre we had

MIB 2 and

Spider-Man (June 6th here)

Guess I'm the only one who saw the trailer for LOTR: TT.
Forgive me for being somewhat skeptical, considering that there is no trailer for TTT. They would have had to slice off the scenes recently released on the end of LOTR/FOTR. What Chicago theater did that?

A LOT of trailers... but no Matrix: Reloaded :frowning:
At least the trailer for Miority Report changed my mind about it looking like a dumb film.
I'm going to a different theater this weekend... maybe I'll get to see the Matrix Trailer then :)
