I'm hoping someone who's better at this than I am can help me out. I have an mp3 of a song called Traffic Jam by Santana & Stevie Ray Vaughn. I can't seem to find the track on regular music sites (iTunes, Amazon, etc). When I did a Google search I found a couple hits, but they were all on sites that also had questionable content, so I didn't want to pursue that.

Does anyone know where this track came from or where I can get it legitamately.

I think I have that same track. Is it about 20 minutes ?
Maybe it is from a DVD audio track. Or a bootleg ?

My track is 6:29. But when I searched I found mention of both an audio and a video version.

I think you may be right about it being a bootleg. (If it were out on DVD, I'm thinking they would have also released it as an audio track.)

My Jam is different. I just checked my Zune. It's 24 minutes and it's Eric Clapton and Santana. The Jam starts with "Eyesight to the Blind".

I did a search on Santana's Official website http://www.santana.com/frameset.html for Stevie Ray in the Discography section and guest artists and nothing came up.

I also searched the best SRV Bootleg site by Bill Wilmothttp://www.willmot.com/SRV/srv_datelist.html

http://www.willmot.com/SRV/cdsearch....Import+CD+List
And only came up with one Reference to Santana

Are you sure it's Stevie Ray with Santana ?

I'm not trying to be cocky about this, Stevie's name is so hard for me to spell I have to look it up every time.

It's:

Stevie Ray Vaughan

I googled the song; apparently it's rare and dates from 1979.

Thanks Kevin, that's the version I have. Believe it or not, I'm one of the few that haven't poked around in YouTube. And I certainly never would have thought to look for audio on the site. I have an account now and I'll try and see if the poster knows where it came from.
