Tom, why did you pull up this old thread just to say that?


BTW I made my decision quite awhile ago, I went with an RX-V3300 and am very happy with my decision. I paid $799 +tx for it from an authorized local dealer.

The 2400 also has the front effects channel like the 3300. But you can't power both the rear and front effects at the same time. I have mine hooked up as 7.1 so I have never tried the front effect, don't know as they would do much.

Also you can get the 2400 for under $700 of the net, I did.
