thanks for the advice scott but the reset didn't restore the settings to its factory values, i know this by a fact because i forget to record the factory settings in memory before inputting my own set of values. when i did the reset all it do is recall my settings. so if by any chance if you have the factory or your own personal settings i would really appreciate it. thanks
