Is there any way to report the people who send these things? I have dialup in one location, and Cable Modem in the other. When I'm at the DU house, it takes a full 3 minutes to download these things and it's really starting to tick me off.

I take it you're talking about a virus that masquerades as a MS Security update, right? Is this it?

Can you access your email via your ISP's website instead of your POP3 client? If you can, access it that way and delete anything you don't want to download. Alternatively, if you're using Outlook Express, you can set up a message rule to not download messages with attachments from your dial-up PC. Then you can deal with them when you're on the cable modem.
