At last I got mine! I bought it at a used books store here in Brazil, for about U$180.00. Problem is only the filmstrip was included, as this copy didn't have the CD. I wonder if there would be anybody here who could make a copy of the CD so I could put it inside the plastic envelop inside the book... I don't think it could be considered piracy, since it would be just like a backup copy, LOL I could pay the expenses, including the media, the label and shipping to Brazil, also. Thanks for your attention, guys. BTW, this is the filmstrip I got:
