Stephanie kind of reminded me of Ike Clanton in Tombstone when she was acting like that. Let's see if she tucks her tail and changes her tune when it dawns on her that she is the next one to go.

I hadn't thought of it until reading that last post, but RI has an interesting facet to it. When an alliance starts getting picked off, it's members will have to compete against each other. It'll be interesting to see Russell face off against Stephanie, who seems to think she is one of the dominant players when in reality she's just a new member of Russell's Dumb-Ass Girl Alliance.

They actually packed quite a bit of camp life in the episode, along with the RI face-off, which featured an end of an era (thankfully). Ralph is a beast, totally outclassed Robfather in the challenge.

Oh, Russell (or Ressell as Rooster writes it),
how could you.....

I was in your camp. I was rootin' for yuh.
But sniveling and crying when you were beat?

Oh, how could you? How dare you? You let

me down. You should have gone off like the

man you pretended you were all that time.

Good riddance, Russell!

Wow. What a show.

What gets into these Survivors to reveal

that they have the hidden immunity idol?

That's gonna put Rooster on the chopping

block. Rob, on the other hand, is playing

a much smarter game by keeping the fact

he has an idol a secret one.

Not especially in a hurry to see the Federal

Agent go home. Phil has been very entertaining

to watch and he's quite harmless. Loved the

exchange on the beach where he told Rob to

shut up and let him finish his story about the

secrets revealed on Redemption Island.

Speaking of Redemption Island, I have
really warmed up to it. It's kind of cool that

you could be out of the game, but not really

out.

Great season so far.

As a fan of Rob, I would have to say don't give him credit too quickly. He just found the immunity idol. It seems like once you have it in your possession the power goes to your head and you end up having the uncontrollable urge to blurt out to everyone that you have it.

On another note... Was it just me or did it look like someone set up Ralph to look like an idiot at the immunity challenge by encouraging him to do his rooster crow? It seemed like everyone on Ometepe was ready to kill him when he did that.

Any speculation on when the RI person will be brought back in the game?

I am now a fan of Boston Rob. Did not like him before but
he comes across as calm, cool and collected. He is also

seemingly well-liked.

I've always been a Boston Rob fan (not that I wanted to se him on a fourth season). Big ego...dumb, but smart.

As someone who works in government, I'm still laughing over Rob's line directed at Phillip's (former federal agent?) erratic behavior: "Just goes to prove...government jobs, stressful."

I think he's the kind of guy (outside of Survivor) who would be fun to hang with..but don't cross him. You wouldn't want to be on his bad side.

That was a great line, Mike. Perhaps one of the

most memorable in Survivor history.

My thoughts exactly, Hanson. This show is looking

more scripted each season.

Are members of other sites saying the same thing

as well? These pictures seem to indicate that.

Ralph stumbling on the HII while looking for rocks raised a lot of eyebrows, but I actually don't read the SurvivorSucks board that intently. The Rob chop came to me as I watching it -- it seemed that obvious.

Wow. First one in on this week's episode.

Well....some will hate me for saying this, but

the show has taken a slight downturn with
Russell being out. Doesn't seem as energetic.

Still, this is a good cast of Survivors overall.

No problem with Crystal being voted out, though

I have to laugh because each week it's very
easy to point out Rooster's vote -- it's always

the slip of paper with the grossly misspelled

name (Rassell or Crastyl).

Oh...good move by Rob with the switching

of Immunity Idol clues.

Don't miss the troll at all. Can Krista pull out a miracle in next week's RI face-off? It is amazing how many different ways her name was spelled during the vote.

He's not good at spelling. The poor guy just isn't that bright. I'm enjoying this season, more so then last season. Seems like they are starting to get hungry out there because you can see tempers are starting to flare.

I'm liking it much more than last season. Things are going to get ugly in Russell's old tribe in a hurry once they get rid of Stephanie.
