Neat post :) I had OJ this morning and passed on that coffee :)

I have the megaset but until a couple of weeks ago, it hadn't been in the "rotation" for awhile. I'm about halfway thru S3 at present. I agree with the menu on these discs, it's strange that they had the opening scene listed separately.

You have great memories of this show when it originally aired. IIRC, I wasn't an original viewer of this one. I was still into the cartoon/Lone Ranger/Rifleman age back then. I might have seen the last season in its original run but most of my memories are from the syndication hears. It's always been one of my all-time favorites though.

I liked the orignal "jazz" opening theme the best of the series.

Strange (for me) about this show: I wasn't a fan of the MTM Show in the late 60's and didn't see a lot of Dick's later shows but imo, they hit the jackpot with the original show.

my favorite show (the fugitive), and my favorite comedy (DVD) are running one, two.
