    This should be very good if it comes to fruition. I absolutely loved the books so I'm really looking forward to this.

    Yeah I'm a little concerned about the creative team here as well. Not that I don't think they could do a good job, but let's just say their results for me have been a mixed bag.


    But getting Bardem on board (who I think is the only "bankable" actor currently that could do the role justice) would be a very big step in the right direction.


    EDIT - reading the responses in that link, I think Daniel Day Lewis could also do the part justice, but I'm not sure about his bankability (let alone his interest in the part). Someone also mentioned Viggo Mortensen, who certainly could pull it off, but I think too many people would draw parallels with his role as Aragorn...

    Josh Holloway was the perfect choice. I hope Showtime will court him for Chew.
