Wow, that's some nasty sounding stuff. Hopefully you did not get any on you cleaning it up. If yoiu have not, I would make them come out and clean it up and take away the first 6 or 12 inches of soil and make them bring in new black dirt.

Have you talked with other neighbors who were affected. Sounds to me like you might have a collective law suit relating to "potential long term health consequences". Or, at least publicity could be generated about this in the local media.

Another question would be: Where else in the community do they use these chemicals? Parks, playgrounds? Sounds like this could affect your whole community.

Sounds to me like a much bigger problem. I'd try to take this to any interested news source and see who bites. Randomly spreading this stuff around and not posting a warning can cause serious health problems for you kids.

I wouldn't let this one go, it seems they are trying to buy you off.
