Lovers of this wonderful noodle-Western can relax: the Blu ray can be found here:

I've avoided buying there usually because shipping costs are ridiculously high in most cases.
However, this time around I bought the disc for under 8 euros, and shipping came to a bit more than 9 euros.
That comes to around $21 Australian delivered here, which would be less than $22 US.
The Amazon.de site says audio options are Japanese and German, and subtitles are German.
However, a review site I found offered a comprehensive review. As well as saying this was a significant upgrade over existing DVD incarnations (I have the Fox Lorber and Japanese DAffodil releases and this review mentions both), it says that although English subtitles aren't mentioned on the back-cover and aren't listed on Amazon.de, they are certainly there, and can be selected by just toggling through the subtitle options on your remote.
Can't wait to get it ... this is cheaper than anything we can expect from US or UK companies .. if it came out on Olive for instance, we'd be looking at around $40.
Cheers all
