Rob,
I loved Way of the Gun, but Im not sure that one would count as many reviewers/critics have it a favorable review(or at least alot of compliments).

Highlander 2 (Director's cut, of course). Sean Connery has some brilliant lines in this one, and I find it almost as entertaining as the first installment. Direction-wise, it's on par with the original...
Dusk Till Dawn 3. Quite cool vampire western, much better than part 2.
Alien 3. I really like this one, even if it is cut... I can only imagine how brilliant it would be in a director's cut version.

Texasville. I am the only person I have ever known who will even admit to having seen this movie. I am not a member of the Peter Bogdanovich family and have no financial interest in this movie whatsoever.

I have to agree with Rob about Maximum Overdrive. I used to watch that movie nearly every other day throughout the summer in the early '90s. Freakin awesome!!!

Here are a few:
Armageddon- really liked it
Phantom Menace- maybe not as as good as ANH or ESB but it is a good movie IMHO.
Thirteenth Warrior- one of my most watched discs. This is a fine movie with good DD soundtrack.
I'm sure there are others but these were the first ones that came to mind. Let's keep it rollin guys, who's next?

Cruel Intentions
The Beach
The Cable Guy
Mallrats
Planet of the Apes (2001)
The Blair Witch Project - Only the first time.
I don't know what the general consensus is but I seen a lot of bad review for Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, which is a movie I love.

I like Hook and The Lost World: Jurassic Park despite them being perhaps the two least liked Spielberg films.
I also greatly enjoy The Phantom Menace despite the huge backlash.

...who put down The World according to Garp?
Anyway.. John Carpenter's Vampires - Every review said it sucked but personally I got a kick out of it, it was a basic comedy/satire if you ask me. Also it had a rocking soundtrack.

Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace
- Arthouse fans can kiss my butt on this one. I prefer escapist entertainment and cool lightsaber battles to discontinuous editing and overly convoluted plots.
Rocky IV
- It's America vs. Communist Russia in a nice, easy package. That's all you need to know.
Gladiator
- It's Spartacus with cooler action sequences and more blood.
The Godfather Part III
- Let's face it, it's never going to be as good as it's siblings, but it's still cool to watch. Montage sequences brings tears to my eyes, and GPIII has one of the best.

The Saint. I LOVE this movie, but most everybody seems to trash it.
