It configures the span of the adjustment on either side of a chosen frequency. If you do some simple searches and read-up on the subject, then experiment with adjusting the setting yourself while noting the results, you should have a handle on it in no time at all.

Felix, being rude or smartass is one thing. Being blunt when you are trying to help somebody is another..

I guess I phrased the bandwidth question wrong. I knew what it meant, just not how far in each direction it goes.

I actually had downloaded & read the PDF file before I got the unit, as well as the set-up guide by Sonnie Parker.
