Hello All,

I had ran Quad Shield Coax for the connections to my subwoofers. I haven't gotten the subwoofers yet but I am getting close to that point. My question is, what should I use to connect (adaptors, connectors) the coax cable to the RCA ports on the subwoofers? If you could suggest a specific brand that would be great. Thanks in advance for any help.

Our own Chris White has a great site telling you how to make your own cables by attaching RCA plugs to coax: An easy way to make High Quality Interconnects

Robert has shown you the key part to how many of us have made our own long subwoofer cable. Just install a "F" connector to each end of the coax, then use 2 of the adaptors to make them RCA ends.

Hint: Use pliers to attach the adaptors. The stiff coax often loosens the hand-tighten connections over time.
