Hi there, I have an LG 42" LCD smart TV model 42LS5700.
Whenever It displays images from a bluray, DVD, or netflix, If a person or object moves fast sometimes (very often indeed) I can see some sort of Halo (colorless) around the moving objet, ie when a person runs fast.
Is not always but I dont know if this issues is a frequent one with LCD displays.
Any advice is welcome
Thanks in advance.

All edge-lit LED LCD halo.
That is one of the flaws. That is the price you pay for a 1" thick TV instead of a 2-3" thick TV.

The halo is one of the reasons edge-lit LCD are so common as "open box" bargains.
I went to Best Buy and HH Gregg yesterday...
Best Buy had:
1 open box plasma
4 open box back lit LCD
14 open box edge-lit LCD
HH Gregg:
2 open box back lit LCD
19 open box edge-lit LCD
Amazon, right now, has 16 of that TV "open box".
