Still calibrating RXV-800/Speakers: Help with Dolby Dig set and DTS LFE Level adjustments, please. (1 Viewer)

On page 42 of the Yammy manual, are the instructions for setting DD LFE Level (10A) and DTS LFE Level (11). I am having trouble understanding how to implement the signal (put on test tone when in 10A/11?) and how to adjust the level once the signal is running? Is this just for sub adjustment or for all speakers? Thanks.
