Some people believe our lives are profoundly influenced by whatever pop song was #1 on the day we were born.

On the day Barack Obama was born it was Tossin’ And Turnin’ by Bobby Lewis

George W. Bush had The Gypsy by The Ink Spots

Bill Clinton - To Each His Own - Eddy Howard

Hillary Clinton - Near You - Francis Craig

On the day Heather Mills (ex Mrs McCartney) was born The Beatles were at #1 with Hello Goodbye!

    See which songs you get

    This day in Music

Oh hell! I was born Sept 16th of 63, and Blue Velvet was #1. Yea, the song used in the movie with the same name!

The House of the Rising Sun, by The Animals. Also #1 in Australia.

    And...

Have I the Right, by The Honeycombs in the UK (don't think I know that one)

The Supremes' "The Happening" was #1 in the US when I was born. And it's accurate: I'm truly a happening guy! [IMG]

I pulled "Till I waltz again with you" by Theresa Brewer, whoever she was. I've certainly never heard of that one.

More importantly...I pulled a birthdate newspaper once. In screaming headlines the front-page led with "STALIN IS DEAD". [IMG]

For those that believe in reincarnation, this may explain some of my personality quirks. [IMG]
