Small room theater project... (1 Viewer)

I have a 10.5x14.5 ft room that I plan to turn into a theater room. Has anyone built one in such a small space and does anyone have some good advice for me? This will be my first but certainly not my last theater project. I also don't want to be told its impossible or its gonna be a challenge. I've been told by a few people that it will be definitely difficult. Any pictures of theaters this size would be awesome too! I need some interesting ideas!
