FYE told me there weren't any rebates on Simpsons 1-3. Not that $15 isn't a good price, but would have liked the rebate.

I went back to FYE today, and they only received more copies of season 1. I got Season 2 and 4 at Best Buy, for a combined $50. I won't have Season 3 for awhile though, because til I find cheaper than $40.

I could also use rebate forms, where can I get them?

Actually only Season 1 was 19.99; but it had a $10 off coupon for Seasons 2 and 3. Season 2 and 3 had a $10 off coupon for Season 4. I believe Season 4 is priced at $30.99, so with $10 off it's 20.99.

Any conformation on the costco prices? I got the $15 season 2 yesterday at FYE, no $5 rebate for me...
On an impulse got the S4, but now realize that DDD is cheaper and costco may be too. Currently I need s3 and s4.

Maybe you should go back and ask for one (if it's not out of the way). The store at Rockefeller in NYC had the rebate deal plastered all over the store and storefront.

I managed to pick up The Godfather Collection and the Alien Quadrilogy there for 90 dollars after rebate

IIRC, I saw a post that the rebate was at Strawberry's, not FYE, although I beleive that they are run by the same company. Not sure why...

Some stores had the $5 rebate others didn't. Not sure I went to FYE and Wherehouse and FYE didn't have it where wherehouse did.
