Oh how I would love to see The San Pedro Beach Bums again. I remember laughing a lot as a kid but I'm not sure it would hold up today as mostly everything was funny when I was a kid. That and the fact that it was canceled only after a few episodes. It was really normal back in those days to try and launch a show from other successful shows. For instance, there was one episode where the Angels from Charlie's Angels had to judge a beauty contest in San Pedro. Another episode had the "bums" taking a cruise on The Love Boat. Classic stuff!

I'd be thrilled with these four short-lived gems:

Way Out (1961)

The Loner (1965)

The Green Hornet (1966)

T.H.E. Cat (1967)

I second John Doe. Man that's just a great show.
I also second Second Noah, that was one of the first primetime drama's I remember watching, there were some cute chicks on it at the time (course I was only 13)
I remember "Major Dad" I loved that show. Wish that would make it out to dvd, I'd at least give it a rent.

Yeah...I forgot about Central Park West. I usually mention it on these lists. That show kinda killed the whole prime time soap genre, but it was kinda funny, too.

This is what I've been wanting ever since FOX cancelled the series. I still think they should do this, because the show has probably picked up some new fans with its recent airing on SciFi.
It did here.

Small Wonder? I'd rather have My Living Doll than that...unfortunately, I understand only a few episodes of that are still in existance so we'll likely never see that.
I am working with someone with regards to finding the prints although thus far it's a mystery as to what happened to them. There are right now 10 of the 26 episodes known to exist. If we ever do find it we will put it out and I can tell you from the ones I have seen, the show is hysterical. Julie Newmar is great in this.
