I decided to copy down all of the Stargate codes and which episodes that they are related to, and came up with this gem.
In 'There But For The Grace of God' - time 9:02, Daniel states that they were on P3R233. (This is the mirror for the alternate realities).
In 'Point of View' - time 7:49 they call the same planet P3X233.
I've probably missed about 50 zillion other mistakes, but this one really cracked me up. Having the letter 'R' in the address was a first, and I'm wondering if it may have been a typo in the script.
On another episode, they sent the crawler through first to look, and then went right in, but after they got through, it wasn't there. (Maybe I'm just watching these too many times)!
