Sanyo support

    I've been having a warranty service issue with Sanyo over a problem with my PLV-Z5. The service manager there is a guy named Daniel Rasmussen. I have not gotten any kind of satisfactory response from him so I simply asked him who his manager/supervisor is so I could pursue it further. I was in computer service for 30 years and this kind of thing is perfectly normal. If someone asks who your boss is you simply tell them. If you've done your job right there's no cause for alarm. But this guy refuses to tell me who his boss is which says to me he doesn't have a lot of confidence in the way he's handled things.
    So my question is....
    Does anybody out there know who this guy works for or have any information about the Sanyo chain of command or any suggestions how I might find out?
    I've tried web searches but have come up with nothing so far.
