Red and green Lines on Screen? (1 Viewer)

Anybody know what is causing occasional red and green tranlucent lines (over the entire screen) on my 56H80 Toshiba projection TV?

Sometimes it has large greyish, shadowy, fluttering/rolling lines?

Thanks for any tips.

Rolling horizontle lines, are alomst always some sort of interference.. Start with grounding.

Best of luck, some of these are real difficult to nail down.
