Hey everyone, I'm currently running a Yamaha RX-V567 with a 5.1 surround sound setup (B&W speakers). MY TV model is LG 55ls4600. My main devices I'm running is a Comcast box (HDMI connection w/ sound), PS3 (HDMI w/ fiber optic), Xbox 360 (AV cables w/ Fiber Optic). Right now, the video game systems will be my main components until the next gen systems come out. My question becomes is there a sound sacrifice if I route my sound for all 3 main components through the TV before reaching the receiver i.e. PS3 > TV> Receiver.
I'm redoing my living room and ideally would like to move my receiver a few feet away from my current location, and either need to buy all new cables or route it through the TV. Thanks in advance for any help.

It is best to route everything to the receiver, then to the TV,

Not only is it the least number of cables, it also gives you lossless audio (such as Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD).
