Pretty pretty pictures, but a story that is mindnumbingly dumb. The first twenty minutes or so suffer from such agressive over editing that the movie feels like a montage with nothing flowing from one scene to the next. The opening scene is so poorly constructed that we're left wondering who James is since we came to see a movie about a Logan. And now Logan and Sabertooth are brothers? I also didn't like that Professor X just goes in and scoops up Stryker's escaped prisoners. It diminishes his character by making him look like he's only able to take other people's scraps.

The adamantium memory loss bullet gimmick at the end was lame. Just as bad as the memory loss kiss from Superman II.

Is it ever explained exactly how Wolverine loses his memory in the comics? Is it just part of the Weapon X process?
