I certainly agree, especially with:

the FALSE Brotherhood of the Wolf is defeated by the TRUE AND RIGHTEOUS Brotherhood of the Wolf

in the North American versions?

Well, I have the CDN 3 disc and there is no indicator in the subtitles or dub. Of course I speak some French but I don't remember noticing the ship name in the theater (though I might have and forgot).

It's not prominently shown but you can see it when they show the ship from a distance. It's one of, if not the, last shot in the movie.
