New Home Theater Construction (1 Viewer)

I'm currently building a new Home Theater while remodeling my house.
Was wondering what I should be looking at for a projector for a 80 - 100" screen. I want to to HDTV and obviously DVDs. I have Digital Cable so i have to hook that in as well.
Also I assume I want to get a DLP projector. The room will be moderatly lit so prob need 2000-3000 lumines correct?

Any brand suggestions/ Brands to stay the hell away from?

2000-3000 lumens and DLP pulls up the following possibilities here as per a projectorcentral search. Provide us with a budget as well.
