The season finale of "House" two seasons ago was shot entirely on a Canon EOS 5D Mark II, the reason being that it was set inside the rubble of a collapsed building and they never could have gotten full-sized rigs inside there. It was a really interesting experiment, especially with the shallow depth of field.
EDIT: A really great and extensive interview of "House" director Greg Yaitanes by camera operator Philip Bloom about shooting with the 5D.
