Need help identifying a movie (1 Viewer)

I can't for the life of me remember what this movie is called. It's a black and white thriller set in (I believe) England. A man comes for a visit and is met by an older gentleman who shows him the sights. The older man takes him to the top of a tower to see the view, and while up there the older man tries to push the other man off the tower but misses him and falls to his death when the visitor is distracted by the elevator opening and moves suddenly. Does anyone remember this one?
