My reply is concerning the replacement of defective discs in general. So far, it seems that I have two discs that no longer seem to play, after working fine after their initial purchase. These are Pee-Wee's Big Adventure and Predator DTS.
Both now display image breakup (pixellation) and stutters before eventually locking up.
Does anyone have a unified resource for studio customer service contact information regarding defective discs? I personally would be greatly appreciative of such a resource. Both Warner Brothers and Fox (distributors of both of my "defective" discs) seem to have no contact information listed on their site regarding their home video departments.
