Sportbikes "crotch rockets" really took off during the 1980's to this day if you ride a street bike people universally refer to it as a Ninja.

"Ninja" bikes...What year would those fit into?

Sincerely,

John Kilduff...

The trends are coming along good, if I do say so myself. Keep 'em rolling.

I had originally mentioned "Gator" Rogowski in my list, but what I wanted to mention him for didn't happen until the 90s. I'm pretty sure I could put a reference to BMX/skating in the later parts of my list, presuming they were not covered on either of the first two "I Love The 80s".

Sincerely,

John Kilduff...

I still need to know what year to put in the "crotch rocket"/"ninja" sportsbikes.

Okay, here's another question to ask...

I was on an 80s website, and in discussing the foods of the decade, somebody mentioned the Bavarian Waffle Cone, an ice cream cone they say is as sweet as the ice cream.

If I were to include that, what year would it fit into?

Sincerely,

John Kilduff...

Thanks again!

Ninja bikes added to 1984, "It's Garry Shandling's Show" added to 1989, and Rick James deleted from the commentators list due to the unfortunate circumstances of his death.

Keep the feedback coming.

Sincerely,

John Kilduff...

I still need to know where Bavarian Waffle Cones would fit in, if they would.

I replaced Rick James with Appolonia on the commentators list.

Anybody have any more trends or clothes for the list?

Sincerely,

John Kilduff...

You're all a great help to me.

The list has been updated further...

I added Jillian Barbiere to the returning commentators list, Allyce Beasley of "Moonlighting" to the new commentators list and The Human League to 1982.

I still need assistance on placement of the several items previously mentioned, and also I need to be reminded...Did they cover Hagen-Dazs ice cream on either of the first two "I Love The 80s"? That could go well with the Bavarian Waffle Cone.

Sincerely,

John Kilduff...

And thanks again!

I had to bump this back up...

I added "Can't Stop The Music" to the 1980 topic list, and I added Beth Littleford and Brian Unger to the returning commentators list.

All help on open questions still wanted.

Sincerely,

John Kilduff...

Now to track down a copy of "I Love The 80s Strikes Back".

The list has been updated again.

I added about 12 or 13 topics spread out all over the years, and I added a few commentators to the lists as well.

Sincerely,

John Kilduff...

Head on over to Page 1 to see how it is now!

The list has been updated again...

I added "The Wild Life" to 1984 and Flavor Flav to the returning commentator list.

Sincerely,

John Kilduff...

I still need assistance. All help is appreciated.

Did either series mention the song "Relax" by Frankie Goes to Hollywood? I can't remember which year it came out - 84, I think.

I put Frankie Goes To Hollywood in the 1984 list, I believe...

I know that "Relax" was used as the closing credits song for the 1984 episode of the first "I Love The 80s", but I really think it should've been discussed. Henceforth, Frankie Goes To Hollywood is on my list.

Sincerely,

John Kilduff...

Keep at it with the feedback!

I updated the lists a little more and also have to note something...

A suggestion was made earlier to include Air Jordans on the list. They were discussed on "I Love The 80s Strikes Back" in the 1986 episode. I still have to watch all the episodes again to see if they discuss the Adidas suits.

Sincerely,

John Kilduff...

Take a look at page 1 and tell me what you think!

I added 2 topics to 1980, 4 topics to 1981 and 1 topic to 1983.

Paula Jai Parker has been added to the commentator list.

Sincerely,

John Kilduff...

Who eagerly awaits a reply from the producer Mr. Allred referred to.

The list has been updated again with a little help from JonZ. Thanks!

Sincerely,

John Kilduff...

I just need to add some more topics to the years 1980, 1981 and 1982 and then I should be done for now.

I added my final updates for 1987 ("Eddie Murphy Raw" and "Amerika") and 1988 ("Tapeheads" and "Big Top Pee-Wee").

Sincerely,

I'm getting closer to the end.

1985 and 1986 have been completed.

Sincerely,

John Kilduff...

All I have to do is fill in 6 more years and then the list won't have to be updated anymore.
