A lot of really great choices here! If I had to pick one though, I'd go with Shattered, as mentioned by a few others already. That's the only movie that ever made me actually mutter under my breath,"you've got to be ******* kidding me!"

In my book (which is more like a leaflet, really) Shattered has the best plot twist I've ever seen.

The ending of Happiness shocked me, slightly. Whereas the ending was not a massive unexpected plot twist, I still did not expect that to happen.
