Also, he looks to be making up for Mission To Mars with the upcoming Femme Fatale. I'm positive this one is going to be an old-school DePalma film noir like he used to make.
I can't remember where I read it but, apparently it's dreadful beyond words. I think it was at Venice, or Cannes maybe, and it was received extraordinarily badly. But that ain't exactly hard evidence. ;)

Not available on DVD, but has a great twist at the end is The Last of Sheila with James Coburn, James Mason, Richard Benjamin, and Dyan Cannon. It was co-written by Broadway's Steven Sondheim and Anthony "Norman Bates" Perkins. Great Flick.
Another one I don't think anyone has mentioned is Deathtrap with Michael Caine and Christopher Reeve.

I was surprised the way Dragonfly ended. I knew something was going to happen but not THAT. This movie was better than I thought it would be.

Here are 2 that you may not have seen - check them out if you like a twist, but don't forget to bring your mood enhancer of choice:

An Awfully Big Adventure (Alan Ricman and Hugh Grant)
Why? - Best "awfully big" twist at the end
Extra Bonus - Alan Rickman as Captain Hook...ummmm!
Sadly - not yet available on DVD

The Dead of Winter (Roddy MacDowel and Mary Steenburgen)
Why? - Best twist involving an amputation since
"Blue Velvet"
Extra Bonus - Creepy Roddy
Happily - Coming to DVD December 3 - super cheap!

Mothman Prophecies was a twist to the 'by the river' prediction.

Also agree with Primal Fear.

Since Arlington Road has been mentioned, we better include the original Parallax View to the mix; IMHO, a better movie, anyway.

Les Diaboliques, a french thriller by Henri-Georges Clouzot. Some say that the ending is predictable, but that is only due to the fact that it has been copied very often.

Le Salaire de la Peur, also known as Wages of Fear, a flawless action adventure classic by the same director (I really didnt expect an ending like that, you have to see it to believe it!)

Jeeper's Creepers (never would have guessed the ending)
Fallen (a forgotten little gem that is spooky and has 2/3 of the Soprano family in it)
Peeping Tom (just plain scary)
To Live and Die in LA (great 80's actioner)
Mulholland Dr. (just plain confusing. Dont know where the hell it's going to end because it's impossible to tell where it started. Damn good lesbo scenes, though)
Kids (The biggest downer movie of all time before Requiem for a Dream came out)
Following (for all you Memento fans. Relentlessly low-tech)
Donnie Darko
Ginger Snaps (little-seen halfway-decent horro movie)
Shazam (I get the chills just thinking about why this movie was made. Absolutely frightening)
