WHEW! This is a bigger job than I though, but lots of fun. As I copy names into Excel, visions of the ones I know come flooding into my mind. Several of the films I haven't seen though, and it would be interesting to know what it is about these characters that make them interesting. That's not really a call to come back with quotes or short blurbs, but you can if you want to. The quotes are VERY nice to have when picturing the character. It WOULD be nice, however, if, especially in the Supporting category, you gave the actor's name. I know I said the tourney wasn't about the actor, but it might help people visualize the role.
I've decided to change "Big" and "Small" to Lead and Supporting, because I felt like bursting into a rap song everytime I said Big and Small. ha! I had stayed away from Lead and Supporting because it brought to mind Actor categories of Award shows, but it really does fit better.
Andy and Ric, I'm not quite sure where all these extra nominations came from. It's supposed to be 5 each (5 Lead, 5 Supporting), but I'm easy. I'm going to move up to 10 nominations each anyway, so you'll have used up some of those.
So, for people who have participated so far, 10 Lead and 10 Supporting TOTAL.
Lew, thanks for posting again. I didn't think Barbara Stanwyck looked very much like Veronica Lake. :D
Blaine Skerry, welcome aboard. For future nominations, please do indicate the name of the movie. There have been a lot of Renfields and Igors, you know. :) I looked it up so I know it was the 1931 Dracula, but it saves me time when the movie is listed. I knew all the others too so you don't have to go back and re-do them.
My husband is coming home after being away on business, and there will be a lot of movies to watch, a lot of love to make and a lot of dinners to go out to. Things might slow down, but I want to assure everyone, and this goes for all the tourneys I have going:
I WILL NEVER ABANDON A TOURNAMENT. It could get slow, or I could even disappear for a bit if my net connection goes down, but I WILL NEVER ABANDON A TOURNAMENT. Heart attacks or runaway busses could make a lie of that, but nothing else. If I were quiet for over a week without having said anything about going, worry. (or, uh, not, as the case may be)
Always feel free to point out mistakes. I try to keep typos to a minimum, but they happen. I'll fix them as soon as they're noticed.
The list so far: (updated and moved down)

More noms, eh? In that case, and because you changed it from "small" to "supporting", I'd like to bring back:
(small)
Jeremy Hilary Boob (Dick Emery) - Yellow Submarine
Ad hoc, ad loc, and quid pro quo! So little time! So much to know!
I'll come back with more noms later :) Great idea for a tourney!

It should take you exactly four seconds to cross from here to that door. I'll give you two.
Supporting:
Layne (Crispin Glover) - River's Edge
The things I do for my fucking friends!
Saddam Hussein (Matt Stone) - South Park: Bigger, Longer, Uncut
Satan, your ass is gigantic and red. Who am I going to pretend you are, Liza Minelli?
Rex Kramer (Robert Stack) - Airplane!
Do you know what it's like to fall in the mud and get kicked in the head with an iron boot? Of course you don't, no one does, it never happens. It's a dumb question, skip it.
Michael Bolton (David Herman) - Office Space
"PC Load Letter"? What the fuck does that mean?
