OH MY GOD! I have made a major mistake!
Back up back up back up!!
RED DID WIN!!
These were the votes for Star Wars, before I voted:
george kaplan
ErikG
JenB
Steeve Bergeron
These were the votes for Red:
Walter Kittel
Brook K
SteveGon
Bill J
Justin_S
My loyalty to Star Wars had NOTHING to do with this, I just carried over the wrong vote. For some reason, probably Freudian (or something) in nature, but I swear unintentional, I counted John Thomas as a vote for Star Wars. I just reread what he wrote and saw that he abstained!
There's no embarrassed, sad, or disturbed smiley out there that would convey how I feel. I really really wanted Star Wars in there, but it's not to be. I am so sorry Star Wars fans.
Sigh and sigh again.
I've edited the bracket.

Vickie - I'll go with my first choice. :)
Three Colors: Red for me, please.
No biggie about the miscount. It's not like someone's life was in the balance, or some big prize is going to be handed out. Cheers.
- Walter.

I’m singin’ in the rain,
Just singin’ in the rain;
What a glorious feelin’,
I’m happy again;

You should insert the kicks at the appropriate places. After all Jeff, it’s not as though it lost to a bad movie by an unknown director.

WIN!!
Cool! I'm done being cranky now. :D
Okay, this current matchup is a tough one. While I consider Red to be far superior to Star Wars, it's on more of an even keel with ROTLA. I could go either way. Hmmmm. You know, it'd be nice to see a less predictable outcome to this tourney...

Well since one of my New Years resolutions is to try to take these tournament results in stride, before midnight I'm going to complain. :)
Clockwork Orange over Godfather - what a joke
Red over Star Wars - what a fucking joke

Based on that response, I sure hope the new year gets here soon!

I agree that Clockwork over Godfather is a definite surprise, and I don't agree with it. However, as Lew said, it’s not as though it lost to a bad movie by an unknown director.

I haven't seen Red so I can't comment on it beating Star Wars.
