The newest revisions upped the RAM to 512. I added 256 to mine toi get to 512 and will soon up that to 1gb.

WOW! I just got my iMac yesterday, and I have been playing with it non-stop! And I wasn't expecting for the screen to be so huge...I know it was 20 inches, but damn! Its so sexy looking.

The iMac he bought came with OS X 10.3, so unless he bought Tiger separately, he doesn't have it.
