As noted higher up in the thread, Best Buy has a t-shirt in Canada, and Future Shop has the bonus dvd instead. But some places you definitely have to ask for it.

On the Best Buy website, it was noted that the bonus disc "would ship in the package with the DVD set", implying that the bonus disc would be available online as well. I didn't get the bonus disc, instead I got the set with the green sticker. I'm not complaining though, there wasn't anything on that disc I really wanted, anyway.
