Looking for the best 70" under $2300 (1 Viewer)

Usage: Main 900 sq ft Apartment TV,will go in a 15'x10' living room. I guess i should look for TVs that are Back lit instead of Edge lit but ill list my options:

Seems like most people like the Vizio for its back-lit display, though
it is certainly not one of the stronger brands.
