Looking for a new sub (1 Viewer)

I recently bought a set of used B&W speakers from a friend. The fronts are 603, the rears are 601 and the center is a CDM CNT. He kept his sub, so I need to find something decent and a good price. Looking at reviews, I came across the Polk PSW505 and was wondering if that would be a good option.

I know of no-one who would choose the 505 over the BIC F12.
By the way, the BIC PL200 is(AFAIK) the lowest priced sub that achieves 110db at 30hz...

Thanks. I'll probably go with the F12. The PL200 is probably overkill since I live in a loft. I'm pretty sure I'd end up getting evicted.
